Adapted to everything from small meetings to large congresses, Borås Kongress has, in addition to a large congress hall, a banquet hall, an exhibition hall, and 23 meeting rooms. The rooms can accommodate between 2 and 1,000 people. Audico has carried out a complete installation of AV technology in the large congress hall and other larger halls.
Borås Congress' promise is to make it easy and fast to switch between different events, as the premises can adapt to various functions. The premises, especially the banquet hall, can host some of the city's largest dinner events. Borås Congress aims to offer the most optimal conditions for meaningful discussions. That is why all the meeting rooms at Borås Congress are named after significant voices, including Nobel Prize winners in literature, musicians, and fashion designers. You can book meeting rooms such as Piaf, Avicii, and Armani.
The Congress Centre has undergone extensive renovations to create a building adaptable for all kinds of events and meetings, characterized by openness, accessibility, flexibility, and high functionality. Audico (formerly Bright Installation AB) carried out a comprehensive installation of AV technology in the main congress hall and other larger halls. The project included design, installation, programming, training, documentation, and commissioning of all AV equipment.
After a few months of installation, it was time for the inauguration of the building, and the response to the installation was immediate.
"On 1 November 2018, the doors of Borås Congress opened—a brand-new meeting arena in Western Sweden with modern technology and flexible solutions. Now, a few months have passed, and as is always the case with complex technical systems, some ongoing maintenance is required.
