AUDICO Systems – DEdICTAtED TO REDUCING OUR CARBON FOOTPRINT

We at Audico Systems have calculated our first climate footprint in partnership with ClimatePartner Sweden AB. ClimatePartner calculates the climate footprint of companies in accordance with several recognized standards, primarily the Greenhouse Gas Protocol Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standard (GHG Protocol). Their methodology is closely aligned with ISO 14064, which ensures comprehensive documentation and compliance with international guidelines. ClimatePartner's structured approach ensures that our climate footprint calculation is robust and credible, facilitating us to take effective strategies for climate action.

Our climate footprint refers to all emission categories in Scope 1 and 2 as well as business travels and employee commuting trips in Scope 3. This has given us an insight into our climate footprint as well as a good basis for taking more superficial climate measures.

The CFF is the sum of the CO2 emissions released by the company within the defined system boundaries over a specified period of time. In this report, the different CCFs are grouped together as Audico Group and include the following individual calculations: Audico Holding Oy, Audico Systems AB, Audico Systems Oy, Audico Technology Oy, Intersonic AB, Intersonic Oy and RoomSense Oy.

In preparation the corporate footprint and this report, five basic principles were observed in accordance with the GHG protocol:

Relevance

The calculation should account for all greenhouse gas GHG emissions that appropriately reflect the company´s carbon footprint. This report is designed to support internal and external decision-making.

Completeness

The report must include all GHG emissions within the selected systems boundaries. Any significant exclusions of data must be clearly documented, disclosed and justified.

Consistency

Consistent methodologies are used to that the company´s emissions can be compared over time.

Transparency

All important aspects of a company are recorded objectively and any assumptions data gaps and resulting extrapolations or data exclusions are presented clearly and openly in this report.

Accuracy

The calculations of GHG emissions are designed to ensure that they are neither over nor undervalued. The report aims to be as accurate as possible and to minimise uncertainties, so the company can make appropriate decisions.

We also aim to expand our climate calculations with ClimatePartner in the future. This helps us understand our climate impact even more. In addition, ClimatePartner's calculations are designed to meet the calculation requirements of the Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi), which gives us a good basis in the future to design science-based reduction targets and take reduction measures.
