Technical and Project Manager to Audico, Stockholm

About the Role

As head of our technical and project department, you will be a key player, responsible for:

• Leading the technical and project team responsible for system design, project management, commissioning, programming, and technical documentation of ProAV solutions. The team currently includes employees based in Stockholm and Uppsala.
• Developing the team and planning and distributing tasks for effective and high-quality project execution, with a focus on project management and technology.
• Collaborating with other departments within the organization, including installation technicians, service technicians,     sales, procurement, and finance.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality AV technical solutions.
• Developing and improving processes for technology and  project management.
• Inspiring, up skilling, and coaching the team.

Is This You?

To be successful in this role, you should have solid experience in a leadership position—at least 3years of managing specialists. You have broad technical expertise and a strong interest in technology, along with the ability to prioritize and remain solution-oriented in a high-paced environment. You likely have a post-secondary education in technology, construction, or project management and are probably an engineer.

We believe you have the following qualities to succeed in the role:

• Experience in the AV industry or related fields where you have worked with and been responsible for technology and/or project management—e.g., IT, construction, or contracting.
• Experience managing complex technical installation projects and contracts in both public and private sectors.
• Experience and understanding of AV technology.
• Customer and service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to lead a team, create engagement, and allocate work effectively.
• Humble and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent written and spoken Swedish and English.
• Finnish language skills are a plus.
