Johanna Berlinde appointed Group CEO

Behind the appointment is the intent to solidify Audico Group and the management of its Group companies. The AV solution supplier and equipment manufacturer Audico has developed and grown dramatically over recent years, significantly expanding its product portfolio and customer base. Simultaneously, the company has carried out strategically significant corporate acquisitions that have created added value. The expansion of the business has generated a need to separate the positions of the Group CEO and the subsidiaries’ Managing Directors.

Johanna Berlinde has more than 20 years of experience in business development and change management. She has held several management positions during her career and has been on the boards of numerous companies. Prior to transferring to Audico, she worked for Telia Company AB in the role of Vice President and Head of Customer Service and Delivery.

Harri Leiva, who has been Managing Director of Audico Holding Oy since its establishment in 2008, will continue as Managing Director of Audico Systems Oy and as a member of the Board of Audico Holding Oy.
